Valerie Lalonde is a Canadian Filmmaker, Producer and Director based in Toronto, ON.
Valerie’s directorial debut was in 2021 with her first short film ‘Calling’, which is now making the festival rounds. It received its first official selection for the BITESIZE Film Festival in January 2022.
Valerie is currently a producer at Yellow Daffodil Productions and Counterbalance Collective. Yellow Daffodil’s recent short ‘Atoms’ is now completed and headed into festivals, and they are in post-production on their most recent short ‘Rock Is Dead’. Counterbalance’s most recent project titled ‘Queen of Hearts’ is also making the festival rounds for 2024, with more coming down the production pipeline later this year.
